What Is the Largest Project You Have Completed?
One of the largest projects we have completed to date is $5 million at the Stoneridge Creek Senior Living Center at Staples Ranch. We were able to complete the installation of all utilities in just over 3 months while we were scheduled for over 5 months.
This project was extremely fast paced with multiple spontaneous design changes during construction. Our team was able to incorporate all design changes and still beat the CPM schedule, allowing the project to be paved before winter and the builder to begin construction of the housing units in early spring rather than summer.

What Is The Average Size Of Your Projects?
We have completed projects ranging from a $3,000 emergency repair to a $5,000,000 residential infrastructure project and everything in between. Our average project size is $1.5 million.

What Geographical Areas Do You Work In?
Our home office is in Livermore, CA and we generally concentrate in an 80-mile radius. Starting from the coast in Pacifica/Half Moon bay, we work as far north as Petaluma, Napa, and Vacaville extending East to Elk Grove / Stockton, and as far South as Gilroy. We are always willing to travel further for the right project or at a customer’s request.
